Yeah not sure what you call it but it’s definitely a pea gravel concrete aggregate…I think there are spray glue products used for loose gravel when repairing a driveway.

The aggregate was exposed after the retarder/pressure washing. It almost seems too much of the concrete was removed, leaving more of the small pebbles exposed above the concrete....thus, a bumpy surface.
